Frustrated with processI have no idea. I haven’t received the item. Columbia has opened an investigation into package where abouts but I havent heard anything further. Will gladly update rating upon receipt of item. When I inquired about the shipment one of the first questions was, ” would I like to re-order?” why would I pay for a 2nd one when I hadnt got the first one. Still holding out hope that I get my Wife’s gift even though it missed first intended occasion.
