Great winter layering piece! Heavier than a jacketReally nice coat! Was the exact layer I was looking for: insulated for Midwest winters, but oversized to fit sweaters/sweatshirts underneath without immediately sweating once you’re inside a car/store/home. I love the 100% cotton shell (doesn’t make that tin foil parachute sound that the polyester waterproof coats make when you walk) and the design details are nice.
As other reviews said, very oversized, so size down! I usually wear a Large and the Medium fit me perfectly and was still plenty oversized/roomy to fit at least 2 layers underneath.
