Inconsistent sizing & Poor Customer SvcIf I could give 0 Stars I would.

Terrible sizing consistency. I have 4 of these shirts and they all fit differently. The last one received had extremely narrow sleeves & was much shorter than my other exact shirts purchased. When I tried to resolve with customer service (4 telephone calls & never resolved). On the 4th call to Columbia, Columbia never had a supervisor call me back as promised within 24 hrs… rather Columbia closed my case & sent a customer satisfaction survey…really?? On my 3rd call to Columbia, Columbia also promised a call-back from a supervisor and I was called an hour later but it was from another Columbia customer who Columbia mistakenly sent my voice mail to that was intended for the Columbia supervisor…she thought I was the Columbia Supervisor she was waiting for a call back from. Wow.

Columbia has major problems with its Customer Service & product quality control issues, this isn’t the first product received that was incorrectly sized by a lot.
